The Senior Warden presides over the completion of work; ensures effort is fairly recognized and resources distributed according to contribution and need.

The Lenses

When recognition is unclear, distribution feels arbitrary, or people's effort is not being acknowledged.

Reflection — Diagnostic Questions

  • How is it being measured?
  • Does distribution reflect reality?

Analysis — Failure Modes

  • Overuse (Favoritism as Virtue):justifying unequal distribution through perceived loyalty or relationship.
  • Underuse (Ignoring Distribution):failing to account for contribution, allowing inequity to fester.
