- Overuse (Paranoid Defense):treating all demand as assault, refusing all accountability as external attack.
- Underuse (Capitulation):delivering the word before it is earned, sacrificing the integrity of the work under pressure.
Action — Use It Now
Identify one demand that asks you to shortcut or compromise what is genuinely unfinished; hold the line and name clearly what is not yet ready.
